I purchased 4 of these stools on Monday 22nd December, they arrived at 07.30 the next day ( tues 23rd) after putting 3 together really easily with way to follow instructions, I discovered that the 4th stool had a small tear in the leather seat, I took a photo and emailed the company, I then followed up the email with a phone call and received a quick email back from them saying my replacement part will be with me tomorrow ( Xmas eve) at 0700 Xmas eve the part did arrive as planned - just in time for Christmas !
